i know you cant really target specific parts of the body to lose weight from but what are the best excercises to lose weight from the hips and thighs and how long would i have to do them?

you can try jogging or walking, and a really good thing for like tightening almost all your muscles in your body or at least a lot is to go into a push up position on the floor and then put your arms down so your on your elbows try and flaten and straighten your whole body you will know your good when you feel it all tense and stay that way as long as you can, rest then do it again

Do lots of running and/or walking. Remember to stretch or your sore muscles will make you not want to exercise anymore.
