Daniel John Willard “Danny” Ferry (born October 17, 1966 in Baltimore, Maryland) is a retired American professional basketball player.
Ferry is the current general manager of the Cleveland Cavaliers franchise of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He also spent the majority of his playing career with the Cavaliers and is the all-time leader in games played with the team with 723.

Selected by the Los Angeles Clippers in the first round (second pick overall) of the 1989 NBA Draft….Played in Italy in 1989-90….Draft rights traded by the Clippers with Reggie Williams to the Cleveland Cavaliers for Ron Harper, 1990 and 1992 first-round draft choices, and a 1991 second-round draft choice on 11/16/89….Signed as a free agent by the San Antonio Spurs on 8/10/00.
