# Skin: If you have moles that change color, size, or appearance, or flat sores (lesions that look like moles), a tumor or lump under the skin that resembles a wart or an ulceration that never heals, these are symptoms which should bring you quickly to your physicians office.

Here are the traits of a mole that people should be careful about and seek professional help. Moles that has two or more different colors, is large in size (diameter more than 6mm or 0.23 inch), are not symmetrical, have irregular edges. There are people that have more moles than others; this is due to genetics and they should keep an eye on them.
