I get headaches very often and my right knee hurts when i walk a lot and at night, it has given out a few times as well, and lately i have been feeling tired and fatigued often i was just wondering if i should be worried?
Answerer: Your headaches come from tight muscles in your neck. Those muscles go to the top of your head for it’s movement so a tight muscle any place in there can end up feeling like a headache. These muscles must be released to get rid of this pain. Here’s how to release them:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your head. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. After 45 seconds, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
Your knee is trickier only in that a lot of people have trouble doing the release, some take several trys to get it done others have someone do the pressure part for them which can be helpful. The pain is coming from the muscle for your kneecap tightening up pulling the kneecap up on and into the knee making it hard and painful to bend and/or straighten the knee. To get rid of the pain you have to release the muscle for the kneecap and here’s how to do that:
Kneecaps:
Do while sitting on a chair with no front cross braces between the legs.
While sitting have your leg resting in a stretched position. Place both your thumbs, side by side, about 2 inches behind the kneecap and press down into your leg hard and then redirect the pressure a little towards the kneecap. After 30 seconds, slowly slide your foot back and under your chair as far as it will go, release the pressure but hold your foot there for another 30 seconds
As I said pressure is the important part of this for if there isn’t enough pressure this isn’t going to take. If you have that happen try it again right away.
Your fatigue is likely to be caused by the tight muscles in your neck for after a while it will slow down the exchange of oxygen and nutrients to the brain.

Hi. I`m 34 years old and for the past four years I`ve been suffering from frequent headaches. At first, I thought I have migraine, but somebody told me that chronic headaches are not migraines, but something alike. I can`t stand this dull, achy pain any more. What to do?
Hi. I have frequent headaches also and, like you, I`ve never asked for a medical attention. I was treating myself with some over-the-counter pain meds. It works well for me, but for some people it is simply not enough. Doctors can prescribe you antidepressants or anxiety-reducing meds. For severe headaches, aspirin can be helpful. Also, a good massage, meditation, or biofeedback techniques can be really effective.
