While there are many known ways to get rid of hiccups, the neccessary items are not always available. Here is a cure using ingredients easily found at any bar. So next time your bubbly draft gives you the hiccups, ask your bartender for a lemon wedge, pack of sugar and bitters and ease your situation!

Step 1lay the lemon wedge on a napkin

Step 2Open the sugar packet and pour on the lemon wedge

Step 3Pour 2-3 drops of bitters on top of the sugar

Step 4Pick up the wedge and put in your mouth, swallowing the mixture of lemon juice, sugar and bitters

Step 5Hiccups gone! Be sure to tip your bartender!

Tips & Warnings
Avoid getting drunk to avoid the hiccups.See your doctor if you are unable to get your hiccups to go away. There are several home remedies to cure hiccups that involve eating lemons, oranges or apple cider vinegar.
