When it comes to beauty care one aspect of our body that we tend to neglect often is our feet. Your feet carry the weight of your entire body and if often one of the most abused and least cared for parts of your body. Foot care is very important in order to keep your feet healthy and beautiful. The skin on your feet is very delicate and foot skin care on a regular basis is a must if your feet are to look beautiful.

How to have healthy, radiant & beautiful feet?

    * Wash you feet on a daily basis, in lukewarm soapy water. Thereafter, rinse them with cool water, dry with a towel and apply foot cream.
* Whenever you get your feet wet, make sure to dry them thoroughly, especially between the toes.
* The best time to buy shoes is later in the day, when the feet are a bit swollen. The shoes that feel comfortable at that time will surely be comfy at all times of the day.
* If, and when, you go out in the sun wearing sandals, make sure to apply a sunscreen on your feet, just like the rest of your exposed body parts.
* Scrub your feet, especially the heels, with a foot scrubber on a regular basis. It will help remove the dead cells and make you feet softer.
* Before going to bed, wash you feet thoroughly, dry them with a towel and apply moisturizer generously, especially at the heels.
* Whenever you are applying moisturizer or cream on your feet, avoid the area between the toes.
* To keep you feet dry and odor free, make use of products like foot powders, foot sprays and specially designed insoles.

It only takes a little attention to have healthy, beautiful feet, and these tips can keep your feet healthy and beautiful with ease.

Until recently, most people got their health insurance from their mployer. People with low income got their insurance from the government. But now With fewer and fewer employers providing family and individual health insurance for their employees, many are turning to private health insurance solutions. Health Plan One is here to provide in depth information and provide you with an individual health insurance quote that meets your needs.

What is individual health insurance?
Individual health insurance is coverage that a person buys independently. It can be sold to a single individual, to a parent and dependent children, or to a family. The majority of Americans get their health insurance coverage through an employer or through a government program, but five percent of the population purchases private health coverage on an individual basis. Each state separately regulates how individual policies may be marketed and sold.

What Kinds of Private Health Plans Can I Choose From? There are plenty of individual health insurance plans to choose from. Here are the most common types:
HMOs (Health Maintenance Organization). HMOs are one of the most affordable health plans available — and they offer comprehensive coverage. HMOs create networks of doctors, hospitals, clinics, specialists, and other care providers. Most HMO networks consist of thousands of health care professionals, ensuring you’ll have convenient access to medical care when you need it.
PPOs (Preferred Provider Organization) . The PPO is an affordable individual health insurance plan with an added benefit — you’ll have coverage with any health care provider. That means you can see any doctor or specialist you want, and your plan will cover the care. The PPO is great for flexible, comprehensive, and affordable health care.
Health Savings Account (HSA) Plans. There are 2 parts to HSA coverage: a high-deductible plan and a Health Savings Account. The high-deductible plan provides catastrophic coverage and features low monthly premiums. The HSA is a tax-free savings account where you save money to pay for routine medical expenses.
Fee For Service (FFS) Plans. The FFS plan is the traditional form of individual health insurance. It works very simply — you get the care you need, then you’re reimbursed for a percentage of the cost.

In 1948, the World Health Assembly defined health as “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” In 1986 the World Health Organization in the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion said health is “a resource for everyday life, not the objective of living. Health is a positive concept emphasizing social and personal resources, as well as physical capacities.” Classification systems such as the WHO Family of International Classifications (WHO-FIC) (composed of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF) and the International Classification of Diseases (ICD)) also define health.
