The internet is fast. It's amazing how fast it is. However, if you want to use this phone as a "phone"...look elsewhere. People complain constantly that they cannot hear me (I sound like I'm in a tunnel, there is a horrible echo, etc.). If I want to use it lying down or reclining...forget it. Apparently, when the orientation changes, the person cannot hear me. Most of the time, I have to leave the phone on speaker for anyone to hear me. My boyfriend has the same phone. His is worse than mine. He cannot talk on the phone without putting it on speaker or using a bluetooth earpiece. Also, if you need to see the screen during a call (such as checking voice mail), you better be quick! The phone "thinks" you are holding it to your ear and goes dark...fast! I seldom have time to enter my password before the screen goes dark again. Unless Motorola has fixed these glitches in the past three months or so, look elsewhere. I'm going to replace it very soon.
